My mission as a McTimoney Chiropractor is to help you manage, or get rid of the aches and pains that have made you look for a musculo-skeletal therapist.

McTimoney Chiropractor

I am trained as a McTimoney Chiropractor, this is known as a gentle technique which centres around short sharp movements. My initial training was at the McTimoney College of chiropractic in Abingdon, from where I graduated in 2004 with a degree in chiropractic. In order to remain on the chiropractic register, every chiropractor has to do 30 hours of CPD (continual professional development) per year. Most of mine has been in muscle work, gait analysis, keeping neurological and orthopaedic testing up to date and learning further McTimoney chiropractic techniques. I am trained in and qualified and insured to use the Epley Manoeuvre for Benign Positional Paroxysmal Vertigo (BPPV).

How I can help

As a chiropractor, patients typically come to me for help with back aches and pains, also shoulder problems, headaches, sciatica, and pains in knees and elbows. It’s not just all about back pain. Some of my patients with osteoarthritis find that chiropractic is useful as part of their general arthritis care. For more information about chiropractic, and the McTimoney Chiropractic technique in particular, have a look at the McTimoney Chiropractic Association website:
